Description
The Lianfeng Acoustic XS-SN-7FA13 is an acoustic imaging camera that lets a Deep Robotics X30 or LYNX M20 quadruped find faults by their sound. It is an accessory, not a robot: the quadruped in the photos is a separate purchase. Its two named applications are partial discharge detection and gas leak detection. Both give off sound, often above the range of human hearing, and the camera's imaging band reaches 65 kHz.
A 128-channel array of MEMS digital microphones images sound across 2 kHz to 65 kHz, with a microphone frequency response of 20 Hz to 96 kHz and a sensor dynamic range of 30 dB to 120 dB. It measures from 0.5 m to 50 m away. A built-in camera with a fixed 3.9 mm lens and a 64° field of view records 1920 × 1080 video.
On the robot it takes power and data from the X30 or M20. Imaging and control run through software, with data over Ethernet and the video stream over RTSP; it is not operated from the robot's controller. Power input is DC 12–24 V.
The housing measures 135 × 135 × 48 mm, weighs under 800 g and is rated IP55 or higher. Among the X30 and M20 payloads this is the one that listens rather than looks; pair it with a camera payload if your inspection rounds need both.
